2. Specific implementation


        In the practical application of the workshop, the air cooler is usually installed on one side of the injection workshop, and the air inlet is located on the other side of the workshop. 3. Ventilation and cooling effect


        The effect of air cooler ventilation and cooling is better. It is mainly aimed at solving the causes of high temperature and sultry caused by heat accumulation in the workshop. The negative pressure ventilation is used to pump the hot air out of the workshop quickly, and the cool air is introduced into the outdoor convection exchange, so as to reduce the indoor temperature of the injection molding workshop. As we know, the temperature in places requiring ventilation keeps rising due to the sunlight shining on buildings, machinery and equipment, human body and other heat sources, and it is concentrated indoors and cannot be excluded from outdoors. Negative pressure fan is the use of mechanical kinetic energy, working can quickly exhaust the hot air inside the injection workshop, so that the room temperature and the outside temperature is flat, not workshop temperature rise.
